Group Term Life Insurance

Purpose: To provide a lump sum payment to a Member's beneficiary or
Estate, upon their death.
|
Death from any cause, 24 hours a day!
|
Can Include:
|
1.

Waiver of Premium benefit so that, following 6 months of Total Disability,
coverage will continue without premium payment until the early of recovery
or age 65
|
2.
|
Conversion Privilege so that a member can change to personal life insurance,
and take the insurance with them, when they leave the organization.
|
3.
|
Available without medical questions. Benefit reduces, by 50% at Age 65 and terminates at Age 70
|
|
Special Features : Includes a Living Assistance Benefit so that,
upon proof of diagnosis of a terminal illness where a Members life expectancy
is 12 months or less, the insurance company will advance 50% of the Group
Life insurance amount.
